We run a full program of competitions. Our main competition day is Saturday which has a full summer program including medal rounds and our Majors. We also have competitions on Sunday morning, as well as a weekly Wednesday competition throughout the summer. Our competition start sheet allows new members to quickly meet others. Tee bookings are made in 30 minute time slots, with a draw being made to to decide on the groups.

We have a strong seniors section with dedicated competitions times twice a week and we have a Tuesday morning roll up which is open to all members. 

All membership categories are subject to an England Golf & County Golf affiliation fee, totalling £17.50 in addition to your chosen membership category.

Any prospective member whose financial circumstances do not allow him or her to pay an annual membership subscription and associated costs of more than £520.00 is invited to apply to the membership secretary in writing or by email to membership@stamfordgolfclub.co.uk and demonstrate that any sum above this figure is not affordable. An application will then be considered by the management committee and if accepted, an alternate fee structure will be offered to the applicant.
